A publishing company needed a scalable white-label app for its Brazilian business magazines, requiring a shared feature set and consistent design system across different magazine personas and content types.
I gathered user needs from social media messages, emails, blog reviews, interviews, and usability tests. The main pain point was lack of autonomy (70%) to update address/payment details and view magazine history, while 20% struggled with the overall digital reading experience.
